Screen Printing

Screen printing is one of the oldest methods for textile printing. This process is achieved by pushing ink through a mesh stencil (a.k.a a screen). Since we like to keep it old school, we currently print on a manual press! Each color in your design requires its own screen and must then line-up (a.k.a registering) to one another. Screen printing allows repeatable printing on thousands of t-shirts a day using the same screens and remains the most cost effective process for bulk printing; however, we will print a minimum order of 12 pieces with crazy fast turnaround times (just ask around). Discounted pricing available for churches, businesses, booster clubs, PTA’s and brokers alike. Request A Quote

Embroidery is simply the process of transferring a design onto a textile by stitching. This process requires computerized stitching machines that allow us to create complex and colorful pieces using polyester threads. Embroidery is good for a high end look on sweatshirts, dress shirts, polo shirts, bags, jackets, hats and more. There is no extra charge for multi-color threads and the thread color can be changed on different items of the same order. In addition, we offer 3D embroidery on hats. There are no setup fees for stock designs, monograms and/or standard stitching fonts; however, all original artwork requires digitizing. Request A Quote

Vinyl and Bling

One of the most popular methods used in promoting a graphic tee is through heat transfer vinyl. Vinyl is ideal for 1-3 color graphics, like a sports team logo, a company logo, numbers, lettering, words and/or names. They can be used in conjunction with other printing technologies and/or with rhinestones (or like the cool moms call it these days “bling”). Vinyl comes in a variety of colors, glitters, metallics, textures and patterns (oh…and glow in the dark too!). Its cost effective and looks great on just about any textile. Request A Quote

DTG/Dye Sublimation Printing

Direct to garment printing, also known as DTG printing, is a process of printing directly onto textiles and garments using specialized or modified ink jet technology (like your inkjet printer at home, only different). This process allows us to print just one shirt, in full color, (on any color garment) within minutes (did I mention we were crazy fast?). This process may not be cost effective for larger orders; however, we do offer reduced pricing. Request A Quote
